We are excited to announce that Dr. Jonathan Tsou, the Marvin and Kathleen Stone Distinguished Professor of Humanities in Medicine and Science at AHT, UT Dallas is the CVMST’s new director. His vision for the Center is to maintain the strong international reputation of the Center as a leading research venue for philosophy of science, philosophy of medicine, and science and technology studies. Dr. Tsou also plans to increase the visibility and reputation of the Center by publishing the annual proceedings of the VMST annual meetings. For 2023, Dr. Tsou plans to publish papers from the 2023 VMST Conference on “Values, Pluralism, and Pragmatism”, celebrating Dr. Brown’s contributions to the CVMST.
