The Center for Values in Medicine, Science, and Technology at UT Dallas is pleased to announce the establishment of a new fund that will support a new professor and another that will provide scholarships for students. The Marvin and Kathleen Stone Distinguished Professorship of Humanities in Medicine and Sciences and the Marvin and Kathleen Stone Scholarship Fellowship Fund for the benefit of the Center for Values will allow the Center to expand its mission of understanding, evaluating and improving the ethical and cultural influences on and implications of science, technology, engineering, and medicine.
