In late Summer 2019, the Center for Values in Medicine, Science, and Technology research team under Dr. Matthew Brown’s leadership has been awarded a grant from the National Science Foundation to study how learning and mentoring occurs in a research lab. Researchers will look at how laboratory experience prepares undergraduate and graduate students for their careers.
