To get the conference rate, you should go to the hotel website and enter G-UTVM under “Corporate/Group#”. You may also call the hotel, mention that you are with UT Dallas, the Center for Values conference. You will have until March 22nd to book their rooms and receive this special rate.
A free shuttle will be arranged morning and evening between the hotel and the UT Dallas Campus.

Dallas is served by both DFW and Dallas-Love Field. The hotel is within walking distance of the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) Galatyn Park station. Dallas-Love Field is pretty easy to access by DART.
We also recommend Super Shuttle for shuttle service between either Dallas-Love Field or DFW Airport and Hyatt Regency North Dallas as a fairly economical solution, but because it is usually a ride share, it can take some time to pick up passengers and get under way. Taxis from DFW can get quite pricey ($50+ each way). Car rentals can be fairly affordable at DFW if you book early / through a discount vendor. (But make sure you’re renting from one of the agencies at the Rental Car Center at the airport.)
The Trinity Railway Express links downtown Dallas and DFW Airport. From the stop at Union Station, passengers can transfer to the DART line. It is the most affordable, but probably not the most convenient solution.
